2025 PG Northwest High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Jack Gonzalez is a 2028 OF/RHP/SS with a 5-10 161 lb. frame from Bothell, WA who attends O'Dea. Medium athletic build with the beginnings of some present strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight and slightly crouched stance with a simple short stride into his swing, tight hand load, line drive swing plane with a middle of the field approach, has some young bat speed and impact the ball with more to come. 7.08 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, was aggressive to the ball with a quick exchange and release, fielded cleanly out front, compact arm action with developing arm strength. Also played middle infield in the games, showed nice range and smooth action, similar quick transfers and accurate throws, definitely has middle of the field athleticism that projects. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the mid-70's and topped out at 79 mph and was mostly up in the zone. Curveball was his best pitch with some 12/6 depth in the mid-60's, also flashed a soft change up with a slower arm. Good student.
