Braden Buhl is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Mars, PA who attends Pine-Richland. Lean medium size frame. Ran a 7.09 60-yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher. Worked quickly and consistently attacked the zone showing impressive sequencing of a three pitch-mix. Fastball up to 83 out of a three-quarter slot. An 11-5 shape curve with vertical depth and a fading change that he really cuts the spin down on. Creates uncomfortable at bats, fully utilizes the pitch mix and showed real pitchability. Also worked out in the outfield, showing a blend of average speed and developing fundamentals with some arm strength. Right handed hitter hit from a wide bas with leg lift timing, level path through the zone, drifts some, keeps the swing compact and shows feel for consistently getting to the barrel. Named to Pittsburgh Indoor Top Prospect List. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
