Michael Mijuca is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Plainview, NY who attends Plainview-Old Bethpage/Jfk. Mijuca impressed over multiple facets of his game, starting on the mound displaying a chest high leg lift and balanced mechanics overall to pound the zone with a FB up to 83 mph. Released from a clean 3/4 slot and located to all quadrants effectively. Tunneled CH successfully with good fading action at 1339 rpm. Could benefit from a third offering in the future. From the IF, displayed good range for size and carried momentum well across the diamond up to 78 mph. Can get the glove down a bit earlier and field out in front. Overall looked comfortable and made plays asked of him. Offensively, the righty started from a narrow open base with a loose hand set to produce loud impact to the pull side gap. He shifted the weight effectively through contact with evident hip torque displayed. He created leverage out in front, posting an exit velo of 90 mph. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
