2022 PG Softball KC Scouting Combine - Fall
Emma Eekhoff is a 2025 RHP/1B from Pella, IA who attends Pella Christian High School. Emma showcased at our Kansas City Combine this past fall as a solid two way athlete. Not only does she have the ability to lead her team on the mound she showcased that she is able to get the job done offensively as well. On the mound Emma is a right handed pitcher who focuses on three main pitches: dropball, change up and riseball. She has done a great job mastering these three pitches and utilizing them well in her approach on the mound, Her riseball is a devastating pitch that she does a great job getting good snap and maintaining her posture to get a late break through the zone. Her change up adds a great compliment to her rise ball and she does a great job creating downward spin with this pitch and keeping it a good differential of speed from her dropball and riseball. Offensive she does a great job being on time with pitches in different location on the plate. She maintains good quick hands to the ball and really does a good job maintaing her posture and balance throughout there swing. Overall, Emma is a very solid athlete that has the potential to play at the next level. I am very excited to see where this game takes her in the future.
