Cameron Fuqua is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Saint Louis, MO who attends Christian Brothers College. Works from a larger, sturdy frame with well-proportioned strength. Primary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a quick-paced full wind-up delivery and side-steps into a belt-high leg lift. Breaks into a deeper arm path before accelerating into a high three-quarters release point. Fastball showed running life with effective command in and around the strike zone. Topped it out at 85 mph. Low-70s breaking ball displayed 12-6 shape with some downward bite and spin up to 2355 rpm. Changeup showed good arm-side fade and killed some spin. Troubling mix and sequencing pattern for hitters. Secondary third baseman, works through the baseball with choppy footwork. Moves well laterally and gets the glove down on-time. Breaks into a shorter arm path. Tons of arm speed with carry on the throws. Recorded arm strength up to 88 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts in a narrow upright stance with a compact high hand set-up. Utilizes an inward toe-tap trigger for timing and works into an uphill bat path. Has plenty of present bat speed and creates good strength at impact to both gaps. Gets rotational at times. Recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. Ran a 7.24 sixty-yard dash. Great student. Named to the 2024 National Indoor (Saturday-Wentzville) Top Prospect List.
