Kincaid Bergthold is a 2023 MIF/RHP with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Tucson, AZ who attends Catalina Foothills. Lean athletic build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.11 seconds. Primary infielder, was able to clock up to 82 mph on throws across. Moved well laterally to both sides of the diamond, showed his athleticism, gilded around the diamond, had good footwork with a quick transition and release. Showed off his cannon with firm accurate throws across. From the mound, throws from a high three-quarter arm slot out of the stretch, has a high leg lift with a short arm circle. The fastball sat 79-83 mph with arm side run. Right-handed hitter, hits from an even base with a small stride. Has a short swing with a downward hand path. Excellent student. Was named to the Southwest Prospect showcase Top Prospect List.
