2022 Spring Midwest Workout Showcase (April 22)
Cason Miller is a 2025 SS/2B/OF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Fairfield, IA who attends Fairfield. Slender young build with lots of room and time to add strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a high back elbow load, upper body driven rotational swing with limited lower half turn, downhill swing plane with middle of the field contact, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. 7.16 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has some lower half quickness and moves to the ball well, developing his footwork into throwing and his raw arm strength, will continue to improve with repetitions. Also worked out in the outfield. Good student.
