ABOUT

The Delaware Diamonds player development organization is a non-profit 501(c)(3).  Our organization has been in existence for over 10 years and we have had 33 players commit to play collegiate baseball, 5 players drafted in the MLB draft, and 1 player play at the big league level.  Our coaches have high school, collegiate, and professional experience coaching, and includes current college coaches.  Our goal is fully develop the player to be able to compete at their given level.  We do not promise anything and understand that it is the player, his ability, and internal drive that will determine what level they play at.  We don't chase trophies but compete in the best tournaments, against the best competition, and know that winning takes care of itself when you put the best prepared team on the field.  Our players have a team first mentality and are taught the value of teamwork, dedication, and the drive to put out every single pitch.
