PERFECT GAME SEC HIRES BASEBALL STANDOUT CORY WELCH
Sanford, Florida (Friday, February 7, 2025) – Perfect Game SEC, a division of Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, today announced a key hire to its High School Division beginning this season.
Perfect Game SEC is pleased to announce the appointment of Cory Welch as High School State Director. Welch brings a wealth of experience and a strong network of relationships as the Area Scout in South Carolina for Diamond Prospects. He will assume responsibility for all facets of the Perfect Game SEC High School tournament program, including player development, scouting initiatives, and overall operational oversight.
“I am incredibly excited to join the Perfect Game SEC family,” said Welch. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented coaches and players that participate within the Perfect Game organization and enhancing their tournament experience. My goal is to build a championship-caliber program in South Carolina that will generate excitement for baseball within our community.”
