20th Annual 18u WWBA Starts in Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. – Perfect Game is set to host the 20th annual 18u WWBA National Championship from June 17-23 at the East Cobb Complex in Marietta, Ga., as well as surrounding ballparks in the area.

As one of Perfect Game’s longest running events, it is also one of its most tradition-rich. The East Cobb Astros program won four straight titles between 2015-2018, although Team Georgia was crowned in 2019 to break that streak, with VBA and US Nationals winning in 2020 and 2021, respectively. East Cobb, Team Georgia, and VBA are all in the field again this year.



There will be an immense amount of talent on display this weekend among the 64 teams competing for a championship, with 136 prospects in the 2022 class ranked as top-500 players set to suit up. Commitments from those prospects include schools like Miami, Louisville, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Michigan, Arizona State, and the list goes on and on.

Perfect Game scouts will have the event covered, with notes being posted on the website on top prospects throughout the event.
