Kanon Nelson (2026, Buford, Ga.) is solid young left-handed stick who is starting show early signs of a high-level hit tool. Utilizes an athletic build as he loads up before striding out and working into a fluid cut. Looks to lift the baseball at times and proved he could drive it deep to the pull side. Had a loud double during the action while driving in a pair of runs. In a later at-bat, he lifted one deep to right field that was caught just short of the warning track. Although it was an out in the book, he proved to have legit upside as a power type bat. Nelson hit .333 on the weekend and had an on-base percentage just under .500. Will surely be a must follow as he enters into his early prep years.

Knox Bingham (2026, Duluth, Ga.) has had a strong showing this spring as he continues to impress. The leadoff stick for the Georgia Jackets utilizes a simple approach while staying patient. Has total control of the barrel while showing he can drive it on a line to all fields. Stays short to the baseball before getting extended through it. He also proved to have some power in the swing while tripling deep to centerfield on Saturday. Bingham had an average of .600 on the weekend as he went on to score six runs for his squad, further proving his ability to be a leadoff guy going forward.
