The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference is in transition during the 2022 baseball season as Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M have joined the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC), North Carolina A&T State has joined the Big South Conference, and with North Carolina Central discontinuing their baseball program after the 2021 season. That leaves 4 schools battling for the MEAC baseball conference championship in 2022.
