Program History
The eXposure organization was formed in 2014 by owner Brandon Turner, who left college coaching (Tennessee Tech recruiting coordinator) to start the organization from scratch. In the first year, eXposure had players such as Cole Wilcox (Georgia All-American/3rd Rounder), Dylan Bice (21st Round/AA with Marlins in 2021), John Rhodes (National Freshman of the Year at Kentucky/3rd Round pick in 2021), among many others. These players and countless others are who helped catapult eXposure into the organization that it is today. eXposure has accumulated 48 Perfect Game Championships since 2015.

Scouting Highlights
As one of the top organizations in the talent-rich Southeast region, it comes as no surprise to see some of the top MLB prospects and more famous collegiate players over the last eight years have come through the Tennessee-based program. Starting in Tennessee with tight ties around the Southeast, it was names like John Rhodes and Cole Wilcox that helped to bring the early success on the field that it takes to get a program off the ground. Since its early days, the reach of founder Brandon Turner has stretched well beyond the Georgia and Tennessee borders to start the eXposure West organization, allowing them to reach players as far as Arizona and California, like Phillies first rounder Bryson Stott and Pirates farm hand Austin Scott. The continued success that the program has seen with its Tennessee-based teams to go along with the success found by bringing in players from out West has truly given Turner and his group one of the more unique setups across the country, with many of his players seeing this pay off for them in their own careers. In just eight full years of the program, they have seen 300 players and counting commit to play baseball at the college level to go along with 21 draft picks. A look back to last college season and Exposure alum Evan Russell had one of the biggest days in the country when he took Vanderbilt’s Jack Leiter deep three times for the Tennessee Volunteers on their way to a College World Series appearance. At the pro ranks, Coleman Crow has been on a role since signing in the 28th Round back in 2019 to becoming an All-Star in the coveted Arizona Fall League in just his second year of pro ball. Current players such as Henry Allen, the No. 24 ranked player in the 2024 class as well as No. 28-ranked Brennon Seigler look to be some of the next in line to carry on the pedigree of those who have worn the Black and White X before them. -Colt Olinger
