TayShaun Walton (2023, Emporia, Va.) is a recent University of Miami (Florida) commit and 14u PG Select Fest participant.  He continued to show off big-time projection in his skillset this weekend playing with Richmond Braves 15u National.  He has a big, strong build with quick-twitch athleticism. Walton showed big opposite field pop with a line drive triple to right-center field in game one.  He hits from a controlled, quiet stance that continues to produce loud, consistent contact. Walton possesses an advanced hit tool and finished the weekend batting .692 (9-for-13) with nine runs scored, four runs batted in and four stolen bases.

Alvin Keels (2022, Portsmouth, Va.) is the 76th-ranked player in the 2022 class. He continued to show his extremely athletic ability. Keels used his 6.83 60-yard dash to motor around the bases for an inside-the-park home run in pool play this weekend. He added seven runs scored, five runs batted in and four stolen bases.

Hunter Johnson (2022, Western Branch, Va.) was a hitting machine this weekend. Johnson hit .647 (11-for-17) with four doubles, six runs batted in and five runs scored. He hits from a wide base and uses a middle-of-the-field approach, evident by all four of his extra-base hits beating the center fielder.

Qwynn Ahearn (2023, Woodbine, Va.) used his 3-for-4 performance in the 15u championship game to take home MVP honors. Ahearn sprayed hits all over the yard this weekend, incorporating a patient approach and line drive stroke. He hit .647 (10-for-15) in the Fall Super Qualifier.
