Primary 1B, but stood out as better pitcher. 3-pitch mix, FB, CB, CH – Shorter arm action, curveball has slider shape. Strike thrower. Secondaries loses command a tic. Good fastball arm-action on the changeup. Fastball jumps through the zone. Grip & rip type pitcher. Made all the plays defensively at 1B, shows nice future is on the mound.

Alexander Jones  C - 2023 - Oakdale, CA

Jones is a strongly built 6-foot-2/190-pound catcher who showed well around the field throughout the event. His 7.10 60-yard was second best on the day while showing the top catcher velocity at 76 mph and a 2.00 pop time. Jones also creates nice present bat speed through the zone and looks to lift at the point of contact, utilizing the strength in his frame to impact the ball.

Stacher impressed all over the diamond as the primary catcher let his athleticism go to work. He's a switch-hitter with bat speed and barrel skills from both sides of the plate, popped a 1.97 behind the dish and showed arm strength all over field, including across the infield (83 mph) and on the mound (81 mph).
