2026 Top Prospects

Kori McCall  OF - 2026 - Hudson, NC
Uncommitted

McCall has pretty advanced fundamentals and skills both offensively and defensively. He uses his lower half well to help generate bat speed at the plate and his nice footwork and quick release will enable him to throw out lots of runners from the outfield.

2027 Top Prospects

Kaden Parker  OF - 2027 - Burlington, NC

The left-handed hitting Parker had the best bat at the showcase, with excellent timing and solid present bat speed. He hit everything hard in both BP and in the games and showed his pull side power well. He also ran a 7.49, showed range in center field and topped out at 78 mph on the mound.

Jailyn Moore  SS - 2027 - Winston Salem, NC

Moore is a primary shortstop who is definitely athletic enough to warrant attention as a position player but he really stood out on the mound. He has a very loose arm and effortlessly threw in the upper 70's while more impressively creating 2,500+ rpm on a mid-60's breaking ball.

Brady Pierson  OF - 2027 - Apex, NC

Pierson has some strength in his 5-10/150 build and he used it well to generate bat speed. He squared up the ball consistently in the games. He also worked up to 78 mph on his fastball on the mound as a secondary pitcher.

Weston Sykes  SS - 2027 - Summerfield, NC

Sykes had a nice showcase at the plate, on defense in the middle of the field and on the mound to highlight his versatility and athleticism. His defense at shortstop in the games was top notch. On the mound he was a strike thrower and topped out at 76 mph.

Noah Price  C - 2027 - Smithfield, NC

Price has a nice athletic build at 5-9/150 and good tools and skills on both sides of the ball. He has good footwork behind the plate and some young arm strength and his right handed swing is fast and accurate.

Brooks Hemphill  OF - 2027 - Asheville, NC

Hemphill is a good athlete and could end up as a plus runner, as his 7.34 sixty time is really going to improve as he adds strength. His right handed swing is very sound and he stays on plane with the ball for a long time.

Jon Fala  SS - 2027 - South Charleston, WV

Fala stood out on defense in the middle infield, where he has easy athletic actions through the ball and a quick exchange and release and a loose, projectable arm. He has good right handed bat speed at the plate as well.
