Game Highlights 1-Black vs 2-Col Blue

2/12/2022

Luke Coll (2023 RHP, New Boston, MI) has a young athletic build with a live arm running his fastball up to 93 mph in his first inning of work. He pitched at 88-92 mph over the next inning and a half and showed feel for an upper 70’s slider that tunnels well late to the plate and gets good depth late as a true swing and miss offering.

Cameron Bryant (2022 SS, Miamisburg, OH) had a soldi start to the game on both sides of the ball. In his first at bat he jumped a low 90’s fastball and pulled it into right field for a well struck extra base hit. He turned around and made a spectacular defensively play going up the middle to rob a base hit with a diving stop and accurate throw from his knees.

Will Hancock (2024 RHP, Oakville, ON) sat in the mid 80’s on the mound with a short quick arm action and topped out at 87 mph. he showed good rhythm and timing to his delivery using the lower half well to get down the mound and mixed in a low 70’s slider as a quality secondary offering.

Tyler Finkbeiner (2025 RHP, New Baltimore, MI) has as projectable frame at 6-foot-5 185-pounds with plenty of room to add strength moving forward. He ran his fastball up to 86 mph with good extension out front and an ability to create downhill plane to the bottom of the zone. The curveball he showed was in the low 70’s with shorter depth that landed late in the zone.

Quinn Bentley (2025 3B, Belmont, MI) has good feel for the barrel from the left side and it showed in both batting practice as well as game action. He laced a long double in the opposite field gap in his second at bat and then followed that up with a double down the left field line, once again showcasing an ability to hit the fastball where it is pitched.

Dan Albright (2022 OF, Troy, OH) smoked a line drive single into left-center field showing a compact swing path that plays well against fastball velocity. He added another . At 6-foot-2 150-pounds he shows plenty of room to add strength to the frame moving forward which will only help with his power and bat speed as he continues to mature.

Andrew Slavko (2024 SS, Harrison Charter Township, MI) has some good twitch to his hands in the left-handed batter’s box. He found the barrel twice in game action letting the barrel whip through the zone while using the middle of the field. His lean athletic build projects well moving forward as he will have the chance to add strength to his already athletic profile.

Ryan Walsh (2025 OF, Bethel Park, PA) shut it down on the day coming on for an inning of relief and running his fastball up to 84 mph. He sat in the low 80’s throughout the inning and gets good ride on the fastball with good extension out front. He showed a breaking ball as his secondary offering with some projectable traits that will get better as he matures.

4-Red vs. 3-Green Highlights

2/12/2022

Andrew Abler (2023 RHP, Novi, MI) worked up to 90 mph with his fastball and sat 87-89, throwing a ton of strikes and mixing in a good curveball along with an advanced, fading changeup. He's projectable through his body with a quick arm and was really impressive today.

Joshua Campbell (2025 OF, Bloomfield Hills, MI) has advanced hitting tools for his age and showed them off by hammering a hard barrel down the line for an RBI hit, showing off that bat speed and consistent barrel skills.

Thomas Tratnyek (2023 RHP, Fort Wayne, IN) has intriguing two-way tools and was impressive in his outing on the mound, working down in the zone at 83-85 mph with good sink, mixing in a breaker and changeup with solid strikes.

Grant Garman (2024 LHP, Davison, MI) has impressive arm speed and deception from a low release height, working his fastball up to 81 mph with good life and mixing in a dominant changeup along with a solid breaker, consistently missing bats and throwing strikes.

Gavin Moczydlowsky (2023 RHP, New Boston, MI) is a physical, powerful righthander who ran his fastball up to 91 mph with good ride through the zone, and showed flashes of a good slider in the mid-70's. He missed bats in the zone with his fastball consistently. He's got a solid changeup as well at 80 mph.

Hunter Edwards (2025 C, Dover, OH) got a pitch out over the heart of the plate and drove it into the LCF gap for a double, making a quick turn around the 1B bag and showing both his pop and athleticism on one play.

Riley Niggemeyer (2023 LHP, South Vienna, OH) turned on a pitch down and in and smoked it down the line off the wall. There's a lot of projection on his frame and quick hands in his stroke, and he should hit for big power as he continues to mature.

Jack Heffernan (2024 1B, Palos Park, IL) did a good job getting the barrel out front and showing his physical strength in the swing, driving it back through the middle with repeated loud contact during his round.

Cooper Leibas (2026 C, Heath, OH) showed consistent, repeatable swing mechanics with good barrel accuracy skills, with easily projectable power given his age and the consistency of his approach.

Alex Cheeseman (2023 SS, Commerce Twp, MI) took a good round, with good hand speed on a direct path as well as some juice to the pull-side, showing the ability to work to all fields while staying on plane.

Noah Miller (2023 C, Lasalle, MI) has impressive bat speed and has added noticeable strength to his body, showing loud power up the oppo alley with the ability to leave the yard.

Gabe Zeldes (2023 OF, West Bloomfield, MI) has some whip to his barrel and really projectable frame, giving him impressive power upside long term along with quality overall athleticism.

Joshua Campbell (2025 OF, Bloomfield Hills, MI) has loose hands and a heavy barrel, showing easy power off the barrel to all fields with lots of offensive upside.

Christos Tassopoulos (2023 3B, Stouffville, ON) has very good hand speed and a clean, on-plane barrel path that allows him to make hard contact all over the strike zone, with the kind of body projection that speaks to big future juice.
