JT Withers (2024 OF, Warner Robins, GA) created some whip to the barrel with definite bat speed present, allowing him to impact the ball to each gap. He found barrel quite consistently during his round, spraying balls to all parts of the field and showing present barrel control.
Cole Kitchens (2022 3B, Centerton, AR) used his large 6-foot-3, 200-pound frame to take balls to the fence in both the opposite field and pull side gaps. His impressive power to both alleys comes from his obvious strength, which allows him to create plenty of leverage and bat speed within the swing.
Austin Bohlman (2022 1B, Farmington, CT) utilizes an open stance and a leg left trigger that he sequences well and creates separation with. He was able to really impact the ball to his pull side in this one, making contact out front and turning the barrel over with authority.
Payton Boines (2022 SS, Atlanta, GA) has a strong 5-foot-11, 170-pound frame with plenty of quickness and athleticism present. He took some loud hacks in this one, putting balls off the wall to both sides of the field and showing the ability to drive the ball to the opposite field with authority. There is plenty more power to be unlocked within the swing as well, given his obvious strength and bat speed.
Colt Ericson (2023 RHP, Mont Belvieu, TX) flashed some intriguing power during his round, smashing a homerun and showing the ability to elevate the ball consistently. He can really impact the ball to his pull side, and there are some definite pieces to the swing that project for more power.
Owen Adkin (2022 3B, Alpheratta, GA) showed off some big time bat speed during his BP, utilizing big movements within the swing and taking high intent hacks. He sent multiple balls over the fence in this one, displaying his ability to get the barrel on plane early and create lift at contact.
Amir Streeter (2023 OF, Lithonia, GA) had some loud swings during his round, driving the ball into both gaps and easily creating backspin carry to each part of the field. He was at his best when going to the opposite field, and his ability to impact the ball in that direction was impressive.
Cooper Davidson (2023 OF, Marietta, GA) does a great job of creating separation within his swing, and the operation is very smooth and fluid with obvious bat speed present. He showed the ability to elevate to his pull side, and his tools in the box project well moving forward.
Zachary Frye (2023 SS, Fort Worth, TX) produced loud contact to his pull side when on time and squared, and he was able to easily create lift in that direction. There is definite strength in the swing, and all of his tools correlate to future power projection.
Ben Brash (2023 RHP, Aiken, SC) has as strong and physical 6-foot-4, 225-pound frame, and took some loud hacks during his round. His ability to drive the ball to the middle and opposite fields was impressive, and the ball carried a long way once he got it in the air.
Jacob Fernandez (2022 SS, Cumming, GA) found plenty of barrels during his round, showing good pop to the middle of the of the field. He has present bat speed and he does a great job of utilizing his lower half within the swing.
Rodolfo Martinez Jr. (2022 C, Miami, FL) has a large 6-foot-1, 200-pound frame and he generates plenty of pop to the middle and opposite fields. He utilizes big movements in his hands, but when he is on time, there is some definite juice in the bat.
Toussaint Bythewood (2022 OF, Encino, CA) produced one of the loudest swings of the day, bombing one halfway up the light pole in left-center field. The swing is smooth and easy and the ball really jumps off the barrel thanks to his bat speed and hand strength.
Bo Walker (2024 OF, Peachtree City, GA) has a fluid bat path and he gets the barrel in the zone early, creating plenty of whip to the swing. The operation is simple and quiet but still produces loud contact, and there is a lot to like about his offensive projection moving forward.
Andrew Delcollo (2023 SS, Chadds Ford, PA) has a good looking operation, syncing up the lower and upper halves well and staying balanced throughout. He cleared the monster in left field during his round, showing loud impact to his pull side.
Caleb Piland (2022 3B, Braselton, GA) showcased a fluid bat path and did a great job of creating separation within the swing. He impacts it well when out front, producing hard line drives with backspin carry in each gap.
Jake Bechtel (2023 OF, Palm Harbor, FL) was hitting missiles towards the middle of the field during his entire round, including one the banged off the fence. He can really drive the ball deep when staying within himself and not over swinging, and he produced plenty of hard hit balls that caught our eye in this one.
Jordan Baynes (2023 C, Hiram, GA) used a simple, repeatable stroke to spray line drives to all field throughout his round. He implores a short, quick and direct swing path to deliver the barrel on time, while flashing line drive impact and carry through the gaps.
Jayden Martin (2022 1B, Lilburn, GA) found plenty of barrels throughout his round, showing plenty of present bat speed and loose, fluid swing path to drive the baseball with authority through the middle of the field.
Elvis Rijo (2022 SS, Bayahibe, AL) incorporates a long, loose swing path to creates tons of leverage out in front. The compactly built primary shortstop produced some of the louder impact within his round, flashing immense power potential by launching one deep out of the ballpark.
Dominick Meady (2023 1B, Cape Coral, FL) incorporates a simple approach at the plate, staying quiet with his movements before exploding on the baseball. The hands are plenty quick and he uses his strong lower half to deliver the barrel with authority. Showed ability to create loud impact from gap-to-gap, while creating backspin and carry to leave the yard.
Trip Dobson (2024 SS, Baton Rouge, LA) utilized a direct swing path with plenty of present bat speed and good usage of his lower half to produce multiple line drives throughout his round. The 2024 grad stayed consistent during his round, impacting the baseball with authority to all fields.
Hunter High (2023 2B, Nashville, TN) showed the propensity to find the barrel throughout his round, staying relatively short with his swing path to produce line drive to the middle and pullside of the field. He implores rotational lower half mechanics and strength through contact.
Griffin McDonald (2022 1B, Brookhaven, GA) showcased some of the more impressive power potential during his round, launching a deep homerun to the pullside. He incorporates his strong lower half to creates tons of torque, while consistently delivering the barrel with authority.
Drew Simpson (2023 SS, Hockessin, DE) was impressive throughout his round, showing a consistent line drive path with plenty of present bat speed and some strength through contact. Maintained good posture into contact, flashing power potential by leaving the yard during his round.
Tj Aiken (2023 OF, Greenwood, SC) has a smooth left-handed stroke with good separation, plenty of present bat speed and innate feel for the barrel. He implores a patient approach with confidence in his hands, letting the ball travel before uncoiling a quick, explosive swing to impact the baseball to both gaps.
Jesse Sullivan (2023 C, Jupiter, FL) was consistent throughout his round, delivering numerous line drives to the middle and pullside of the field. He stays compact with his swing path, while flashing present bat speed and good feel for the barrel.
Jay Bowling (2023 RHP, Ridgeway, SC) uses his long levers effectively throughout his swing, creating good leverage out in front to deliver the barrel on-time and with authority. Showcases impressive easy juice with the ability to leave the yard, while staying simple and exceptionally consistent throughout his round.
CJ Bussell (2022 OF, Naples, FL) implores rotational lower half mechanics to uncoil quickly, delivering the barrel with authority and plenty of present bat speed. Uses long levers well to create leverage out in front, while flashing legitimate power that left the yard during his round.
Logan Kapczynski (2023 SS, Exton, PA) displayed the consistent ability to to deliver the barrel, staying compact with his hands to deliver the barrel with some whip to it. He used the whole field well, driving numerous line drives through the gaps that had good backspin carry to them.
Jack Haag (2023 RHP, Montgomery, TX) displayed good feel for the barrel with plenty of present bat speed and quickness in his hands. Incorporates a longer, loose swing path with good leverage out in front and the ability to drive the baseball to the pullside. Showcased some raw power potential by leaving the yard during his round.
Addison Klepsch (2024 SS, Poway, CA) has a table-setter mentality with an innate ability to create consistent line drive impact. He implores a simple approach at the plate with good barrel skills and present bat speed.
Coleman Mizell (2023 OF, Hartselle, AL) uses his 6-foot-3, 215 pound frame extremely well to create good separation and leverage out in front. Displays a consistent line drive swing path with fluidity and present bat speed. Showed some of the easier juice, sending several line drives deep, using the whole field effectively.
Judd Puckett (2023 SS, Knoxville, GA) displayed some of the more impressive power potential during his round. The 6-foot-5, 215 pound displays a lofted stroke with good usage of his lower half to deliver the barrel with authority. Produced numerous well-struck line drives throughout his round, leaving the yard deep to the pullside.
Clayton Williamson (2022 1B, Denham Springs, LA) flashed some intriguing power potential during his round, launching a deep homerun to left center field and consistently elevating the baseball with authority to the pullside. He incorporates his strong lower half extremely well and projects for more power as he continues to refine his swing.
Jordan Bolden (2022 OF, Pinole, CA) displayed one of the more consistent rounds of the day, flashing intriguing power potential to-go along with good feel for the barrel and compact bat speed. Uses a fluid swing path to impact the baseball to the middle-of-the field, while showing plenty of bat speed to turn the barrel on the inner-half.
