Athletic two way player who really impressed with the bat in last look at the Boras Classic, the Michigan commit got the start for GBG and tossed 3 innings of 1 hit ball, in what was an “effectively wild’ outing where he pitched around some early command issues, but settle in to allow just one run while striking out 7 in those three innings. The lefty worked with a  sneaky fastball 84-87 that he moved all over the zone and elevated effectively with two strikes.  Backed the heater up with low 70’s breaking ball and change 75/76.
