Smith took home the top velocity of the event on the mound, running his FB up to 87 mph with good spin profile registering at 2306 rpm. He created tons of natural run to the heat for swing/miss and should continue to see jumps as the projectable and athletic 5-foot-11, 165 pound frame fills out. Offensively, he created line drive impact with backspin to the middle/pull side of the field, posting an exit velo of 83 mph.
Miller showcased active footwork from the OF with plenty of arm strength for his age, topping out at 85 mph. He showcased fundamentally sound actions with intriguing projection still to come in the 6-foot, 165 pound frame. Offensively, he made an intent to generate impact out in front and drive the ball pull side, posting an exit velo of 81 mph.
Cornelius provided value as a young two-way prospect over the course of the weekend, topping out at 82 mph on the bump as a primary RHP with plenty left in the tank still as the 6-foot, 175 pound frame fills out. He consistently missed barrels and sequenced effectively, releasing from an over the top slot. The '29 prospect also reached safely multiple times in game offensively and flashed evident contact tool with good speed on the base paths, running a 6.88 sixty to start his event.
Benaske showcased lots to like offensively both during BP and in-game, showcasing a repeatable stroke that translated well. At 5-foot-10, 190 pounds, the '29 prospect has evident strength in the frame with present jump off the barrel, generating hard impact to the pull side of the field.
Cordrey showcased present arm strength at a range of defensive spots, topping out at 84 mph in the OF and 81 mph across the diamond. He posted a 2.14 pop time as a primary C and should continue to see strength develop in the 6-foot, 150 pound frame.
