Ronald Burris (2029 MIF, Fairfield, CA) Showed the ability to square up the baseball on a consistent basis in his BP round. Demonstrated he can impact the ball and drive it with some backspin in the gaps. Produced a few hard line drives.
Enzi-Yaw Otieku (2029 SS, Alameda, CA) Hands start in a lower position ready to launch. Gets in a strong hitting position consistently. Drove the baseball into the gaps showing that there will be some impact down the road. Employed a pull approach that got spinny at times.
Rhett Lopez (2029 3B, Corona, CA) Athletic operation in the box with a solid BP round. Uses his lower half well and gets in a balanced hitting position consistently. Showed good hand/bat speed and was on the barrel throughout.
Lucas Rancadore (2029 OF, Elk Grove, CA) Large durable, mature frame. Definite presence in the box. Demonstrated he could barrel up the baseball on a consistent basis adn drive it in the gaps. Strongest player in the workout. There is current impact when he pulls the ball
Joey Dresch (2029 C, West Sacramento, CA) Starts in a traditional, balanced stance using a small leg kick trigger. Was on the barrel throughout the round. Its an nice looking swing with balance till the finish. Showed he could drive the ball with some authority. Like the intent int he swing path.
