Benson Novelozo (2029 SS, San Diego, CA) produced several hard LDs through the middle of the field during his round. Showed flashes of quality bat/hand speed. More short-to-long path where he stays inside it very well. 

Nathan Quijas (2029 MIF, Lancaster, CA) showed good intent to each swing where he flashed some decent impact. Flatter bat path that lined a couple hard LDs through the middle. 

Isaiah Cortes (2029 C, Chula Vista, CA) was on-barrel a lot during his round. Real easy swing operation where the barrel works level through the zone. Stayed through the middle + RC gap with LDs.

Drayzen Alagao (2029 2B, Las Vegas, NV) put together a decent round. Showed a balanced stroke where the barrel works uphill into contact with length through the middle. 

Angel Hernandez (2029 OF, Indio, CA) produced LDs in a majority of his swings during his round. Balanced swing where he turns behind it well. Slight uphill bat path that produced quality LDs/FBs through the middle of the field. 

Santiago Ibarra (2029 RHP, Indio, CA) drove balls well to the pull side. Present bat/hand speed and strength were he worked the barrel on an uphill path with out front intent. 

James Amante (2029 LHP, Orange, CA) lived on the barrel throughout his round. Minimal moving parts to is swing where he throws a direct barrel to the baseball. Produced several hard top spun LDs through the 2B showing flashes of quality bat speed and impact.

Gavin Carcelen (2029 SS, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) had a LD filled round working to the pull side and through the middle. Stays inside it well while working behind it with balance. Flashes of some above avg. bat/hand speed for his level. 

Jason Elliott (2029 3B, National City, CA) showed noticeable above avg. bat/hand speed for his level. Worked the barrel flatter/level through the zone where he impacted several hard LDs into the LC gap and through the middle. 

Hunter Dewey (2029 RHP, Clovis, CA) displayed a strong LH swing. Loose uphill barrel path that got the barrel out front and generated hard pull side contact. 

Josiah Chen (2029 OF, San Diego, CA) worked both gaps with solid LDs throughout his round. Hands stay inside it well. Barrel works with good length through contact. 

Tyler Yakura (2029 SS, Huntington Beach, CA) showed a more short-to-long bat path that was able to create a bit of lift out front. Half of his round were quality LDs sent into the RC gap. 

Chace Lee (2029 SS, San Gabriel, CA) displayed a rhythmic stroke with a clean bat path. Produced leveraged barrels impacting it well to the pull side. 

Mario Guzman (2029 RHP, Riverside, CA) showed a simple swing operation with minimal moving parts. Present strength to the swing with good use of the lower-half. Lived on the barrel and drove strong LDs into the LC gap. 

Sebastian Canizales (2029 OF, San Diego, CA) with a real smooth and loose LH stroke. Hands and lower-half work in sync and deliver a flatter barrel through. Produced quality pull side LDs and FBs. 

Brian Owens (2029 3B, Los Angeles, CA) got off some hacks with out front damage intent. Present strength and was on-barrel a whole lot. Driven backspun flyballs to deep parts of the OF. 

Darren Luber (2029 RHP, Corona, CA) put together a strong round of BP. Present strength that translated to quality bat speed. Balanced turn of the barrel on an uphill path. Drove several balls through the middle of the field. 

Jagger Huff (2029 1B, Solana Beach, CA) has a simple stroke that shows simple/easy rhythm. Quality bat speed as the barrel worked on a more direct/downhill path. Produced a couple hard LDs back through the middle. 

Eli Leiva (2029 C, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) showed a balanced stroke where the barrel worked steeper into contact but produced quality hard contact through the LC gap when he caught it out front. 

Matteo Satriano (2029 OF, Malibu, CA) showed a middle of the field approach during his round. Balanced stroke. Uphill path with present feel for the barrel. 

Matix Vorell (2029 SS, Norco, CA) got off some big hacks while living on the barrel. Hitterish traits. Loose/strong hands whip the barrel through with ease. Stays behind it and creates leverage. Sent several hard LDs into the RC gap. 

Zachary Roe (2029 LHP, Vista, CA) stayed through the middle of the field throughout his round. Level bat path that cuts across at times but that showed quality feel for the barrel. 

Zachary Greene (2029 RHP, Agoura Hills,, CA) sent several barreled LDs/FBs into the RC gap during his round. More of a pullside approach. Clean path where his hands work inside it well. Simple/easy stroke. 

Angelo Fowler (2029 3B, Fontana, CA) showed a quality swing operation from both sides of the plate. Strength and bat speed with intent to lift/launch which he did to the pullside. 

Antonio Anguiano IV (2029 C, Riverside, CA) worked several hard LDs/FBs through the middle of the field. Consistent damage intent. Real direct/compact swing. 

Tyler Fizzy (2029 SS, Culver City, CA) showed a simple/connected swing. Uphill path that shows good length through it. Turns behind it and worked the RC gap with LDs. 

11-Red vs 12-Royal Game Highlights

8/10/2025

Matix Vorell (2029 SS, Norco, CA) collected a pair of hits in game action, driving in a run over two singles, also accounting for a run. Showcased strong actions in the box with a line drive approach to multiple fields. 

 

Matteo Satriano (2029 OF, Malibu, CA) knocked in a run via a clutch double, sending a fly ball to straightaway center. A left-handed athlete, Satriano also struck out two over an inning of work, utilizing a strong three-pitch mix. 

 

Wyatt Adolph (2029 3B, Fresno, CA) sent a double to the other way during game action, plating a run. Utilized a simple approach in the left-handed box with feel for the barrel. 

 

Antonio Anguiano IV (2029 C, Riverside, CA) ripped a double on a line to left, showcasing pull-side impact potential. He also stole a bag on the bases.

Darren Luber (2029, Corona, CA) continues to impress at the plate with a base hit the other way. Strength stands out at contact with loud impact to all fields. 

 

Jagger Huff (2029, Solana Beach, CA) roped a ball into the pullside gap for a loud double. A physical 6-foot-4, 185-pound stands out, with room to add more. The power plays well to the pullside. 

 

Angelo Fowler (2029, Fontana, CA) showed intriguing stuff on the mound. A strong, physical build works down the mound with intent. The fastball got up to 79 mph with feel for a mid-60’s breaking ball. 

 

Tyler Fizzy (2029, Culver City, CA) laces a ball pullside for a base hit. A simple operation stays balanced with a clean path to contact.

Brian Owens (2029, Los Angeles, CA) impressed during his start on the mound. The fastball sat 80-82 mph with life. Feel for a curveball at 65-67 was shown, creating quality depth. 

 

Zachary Greene (2029, Agoura Hills, CA) was impressive during his start on the mound. The righthander shows a controlled operation with a quality fastball/curveball combination. The heater sat 80-82 on a downhill plane and a sharp 12-6 curveball missed bats. 

 

Jack Dragseth (2029, San Leandro, CA) hammered a ball to deep left field for a double. A compact path to contact is shown with some barrel whip through the zone. 

 

Steven Barela (2029, West Covina, CA) collected a base hit on a line drive to center field. A strong, compact frame generates quality contact with a line drive approach. 

 

Cane Tortorici (2029, San Diego, CA) laced a ball back up the middle for an RBI single. A simple path stays short to contact with a sound approach.

Eli Cabral (2029, Oxnard, CA) smoked a ball back up the middle for a base hit. Has strength present that translates well in the box. Can generate some loud contact off the barrel. 

 

Darren Luber (2029, Corona, CA) continued to impress at the plate with a single the other way. Strength plays at contact with impact to all fields. Luber showed off strong two-way potential as well, running the fastball up to 81 mph to go with a depthy curveball. 

 

Jagger Huff (2029, Solana Beach, CA) pulled a ball into left field for an RBI single. The left-handed hitting slugger creates leverage with strength at contact. 

 

Aiden Ramos (2029, Costa Mesa, CA) threw the ball well out of the pen. The fastball worked 75-78 with some life. Feel for a sharp, upper-60’s slider was shown, as well as a low-70’s changeup mixed in. 

 

Braiden Rivera (2029, Spring Valley, CA) barreled a ball well to the pullside for an RBI single. Quick hands turn the barrel the well with some sneaky impact to the pullside.

Angelo Fowler (2029, Fontana, CA) hammered a ball to deep right field for a triple. A physical frame generates quality all-fields power. Solid speed and athleticism were shown around the bases. 

 

Zachary Roe (2029, Vista, CA) roped a ball back up the middle for a base hit. A balanced operation stays behind the barrel well with impact to the big part of the field. 

 

Ryan Creighton (2029, San Marcos, CA) barreled a hanging, 2-strike breaking ball back up the middle for a base hit. A strong frame and quality balance allow for impact off the barrel. 

 

Elijah Silvas (2029, Barstow, CA) threw the ball well during his start. The fastball worked up to 73 mph. Feel for a quality mid-60’s changeup was shown. The righthander also mixed in a developing breaking ball. 

 

Joshua Rodriguez (2029, Clovis, CA) showed intriguing stuff out of the pen. The righthander possesses an athletic operation down the mound with a clean arm action. The fastball worked 76-78 with some armside run. A developing breaking ball at 57-60 mph was paired off of it.

Brian Owens (2029, Los Angeles, CA) laced a ball back up the middle for a base hit. A strong frame generates quality impact at contact that plays to the big part of the field. 

 

Matteo Satriano (2029, Malibu, CA) lined a ball back up the middle for a single. A balanced approach stays on pitches well with barrel feel present. Satriano also showed strong defensive ability with a diving grab in the outfield. 

 

Toma Sahara (2029, Huntington Beach, CA) was impressive during his start on the mound. An athletic operation and strong pitchability stand out. The fastball worked 72-74 with armside run. A mid-60’s slider showed sharp bite, while advanced feel for a fading upper-60’s changeup missed bats at a high rate. 

 

Darren Luber (2029, Corona, CA) barreled a ball into the pullside gap for double. A strong, physical frame helps generate quality impact to the pullside. 

 

Owen Williams (2029, Vista, CA) pulled a ball down the line for an RBI double. Shows a compact path to contact, along with athleticism and speed on the bases. 

 

Steven Barela (2029, West Covina, CA) threw the ball well out of the pen. The fastball worked 74-76 mph with some life. Feel for a quality breaking ball at 61-64 mph showed the ability to miss bats.
