Event Information

This event is for AA & AAA players only. Any player rostered on a Major Classified team at anytime during the 2024 or 2025 season is ineligible for this event.

At the AA/AAA East All-State Games, all participants will be assigned to a team based on their 2025 playing age and the positions played, and teams will consist of 11-13 players depending on age division and registrations. The event includes a workout combine and a minimum of four (4) games.

Day 1: Final check-in and player combine. This pro style workout (running, infield, outfield, throwing velos, hitting, exit velos, etc.) will afford the Coaches an opportunity to evaluate their player’s skill set as well as help prepare the athletes for the remainder of the event.

Day 2: Pool Play (seeding games) begin.

Day 3: Pool Play continues with the start of Championship Bracket Play in the afternoon/evening.

Day 4: Consolation games (if needed) will be played along with the conclusion of Bracket Play to crown the AA/AAA East All-State Games Champions.

(Exact schedule / format will vary based on participation per age division. All scheduled events are weather permitting.)

All participants will receive a Deluxe Player Package consisting of TWO (2) PG Jerseys, PG Cap, PG T-Shirt, PG Shorts, PG Arm Sleeve, PG Player Bag & PG Bag Tag. Players are required to provide their own solid white baseball pants, black belt, black socks, proper footwear, and bring all necessary baseball equipment, and safety equipment.

All games will be Diamondkast scored (Perfect Game’s proprietary in-game scoring app) to track players' game statistics against the best players in each age division. Awards shall be given to Champions, Finalists, MVPitchers & AA/AAA East All-State Games MVPs.

This is a “Stay to Play” event. All hotel accommodation must be booked through Away Team Travel. Contact Marcie Crawley at mcrawley@awayteamtravel.com for additional accommodation information.

Registration and payment deadline for the AA/AAA East All-State Games is June 1, 2025, pending prior age division sell out.
