2025 PG Northeast Indoor Showcase
Anthony Caruso is a 2027 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Belleville, NJ who attends Delbarton. Ran a 5.51 fourty-yard dash. A big and strong right-hander, Caruso put on a strong showing in the outfield and at first base during defensive workouts. From the outfield grass, he showcased quickness laterally, as well as some first step urgency. Caruso's throwing arm, which reached 79 mph from the outfield, worked well with accuracy and zip out of the hand. At first base, Caruso again showed quick actions for his frame, making all of the plays and delivering accurate throws. At the plate, he starts with a narrow upright stance, keeping the hands high, before working through with strength in the barrel. Caruso showed an ability to use all parts of the field with a line drive approach. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
