2015 Top Prospects

Ryan McKenna - OF - 2015 - Berwick, ME
McKenna continued to elevate his stock this summer, creating hard contact to all fields with excellent bat speed and also ran a 6.55 60-yard dash and threw 90 mph from the outfield.

Jake Nelson - RHP - 2015 - Hopkinton, NH
Nelson continues to make strides on the mound since becoming a full time pitcher. Topping out at 92 mph this weekend, Nelson worked in the upper 80's/low 90's while showing a tight curveball with a nice feel for the pitch.

Seamus Curran - 1B - 2015 - Feeding Hills, MA
Curran is a strong, well built 6-foot-5 and swings a strong, left-handed bat. After taking a quality round of batting practice, Curran brought that stroke into game action, consistently making hard contact to all fields.

Buddy Dewaine Jr. - 3B - 2015 - Uncasville, CT
Although listed as a primary third baseman, Dewaine showed intriguing arm strength on the mound, bumping 90 mph with his fastball, showing command of the pitch with a strong feel for his changeup.

Liam Scafariello - OF - 2015 - Southington, CT
Scafariello showed just how athletic he is, running a 6.62 60-yard despite his strong 6-foot-3 frame. Along with his speed, the right-handed Scafariello showed interesting power potential with a fluid stroke and big jump off of the barrel.

Rayne Supple - RHP - 2015 - Shelburne, VT
Showing a lean and athletic build, Supple showed a loose arm action on the mound, topping out at 85 mph and projects for more. He also threw three different off speed pitches with a strong feel for his changeup at 76 mph.

Joe Mercadante - OF - 2015 - Feeding Hills, MA
Mercadante showed interesting two-way potential at the next level, showing a quick swing and a 90 mph arm from the outfield. On the mound he topped out at 86 mph with a feel for a sharp curveball.

Trevor Allen - 1B - 2015 - South Dennis, MA
Allen's left-handed swing caught the attention of those watching, showing natural lift and extension in his left-handed swing with the ability to backspin the ball over the right field fence.

Cooper Mrowka - SS - 2015 - Cheshire, CT
After showing off his athleticism on the first day of the showcase by running a 6.90 60-yard and throwing 80 mph across the diamond, Mrowka made his strongest impression with his fast, right-handed bat and advanced feel for the barrel.

Anthony Meduri - OF - 2015 - Columbus, NJ
Meduri showed his athleticism all weekend, which began by throwing the top outfield velocity at 91 mph, then ran a 6.76 60-yard, and topped out at 86 mph on the mound.

Liam O'Regan - C - 2015 - Middletown, RI
With a physical 6-foot2, 210-pound frame, O'Regan shows that his strength impacts all facets of his game. After running a 6.76 60-yard, he popped a 1.94 and threw 77 mph behind the dish and 86 mph from the outfield. His bat may be the loudest tool as he whip the barrel through the zone with interesting bat speed and power to his pull side.

Christian Aybar - OF - 2015 - Cranston, RI
With an athletic build, Aybar projects as he continues to add strength and his tools will be even louder. Aybar showed a quick bat with carry off the barrel from the right side with interesting run and throw tools as he ran a 6.77 and threw 88 mph from the outfield.

Ryan Coulon - 1B - 2015 - Lindenhurst, NY
A strong, physically built 6-foot-4, Coulon showed interesting power with the bat, featuring quick, explosive hands and big carry off the barrel of the bat.

Luke Dawson - OF - 2015 - Stamford, CT
Dawson showed his arm strength all over the field this weekend, showing one of the stronger outfield arms (89 mph) and also topped out at 85 mph on the mound. Along with his arm strength, Dawson also showed off his speed, running a 6.84.

Anthony DiMeglio - C - 2015 - Darien, CT
DiMeglio turned in the top pop time of the event at 1.91 and showed his arm strength both down to second base (75 mph) and off the mound, where he topped at 84 mph with his fastball.

Matt Fogarty - LHP - 2015 - Millis, MA
A strong 6-foot-3 left-hander, Fogarty showed a strong arm both in the outfield (89 mph) and on the mound, showing an excellent feel for a sharp 1-7 curveball with depth in the mid-70's.

Aron Fried - SS - 2015 - Ossining, NY
With a nice, athletic frame, Fried showed a fluid right-handed stroke with some natural lift and demonstrated the ability to create loud line drive contact to all parts of the ball park.

Selah Gabrielli-Dalomba - RHP - 2015 - Amherst, MA
With a strong, 5-foot-10 frame, Gabrielli-Dalomba showed a quick and loose arm action from the right side and bumped his fastball up to 85 mph while mixing in a mid-70's curveball.

RJ Hall - 1B - 2015 - Cohasset, MA
He may be listed as a primary first baseman, who showed some pop with the bat from the right side, but Hall showed promise on the mound, topping out at 87 mph on the mound with a mid-70's slider to complement.

Brett Layman - SS - 2015 - Ludlow, MA
Layman ran a 6.79 60-yard dash and showed arm strength across the diamond from shortstop. His right-handed swing is quick and compact and swung it well in game action, showing a nice feel for the barrel.

Adam Quine - OF - 2015 - Chappaqua, NY
Quine showed well with the bat all weekend. Whether it was in batting practice or in game at bats, Quine displayed a quick swing with strong carry off the barrel to all parts of the field.

Griffin Sanford - LHP - 2015 - Oakville, ON
A strong 6-foot-3 left-hander, Sanford topped out at 85 mph with his fastball and showed a nice feel for his curveball which peaked at 74 mph.


2016 Top Prospects

Jimmy Titus - SS - 2016 - Stafford, CT
Titus is a legit two-way prospect at the next level who has high potential as either a strong arm shortstop (90 mph across) with a fast, loose swing, or a right-handed pitcher who works in the upper-80s (top 89 mph) with a good feel for a hard, late biting slider.

Jake Goodreau - C - 2016 - Southwick, MA
Goodreau's bat has been on the national scene and again showed his big power potential from the left side, creating hard contact to right field with the ball jumping off his barrel.

Teddy Beaudet - C - 2016 - Franklin, NH
Not only did Beaudet pop a 1.95 and threw 77 mph down to second base in the drills portion, but he showed that his catch and throw skills are equally impressive in game action, making several accurate and strong throws with a quick transfer and proper footwork.
