Jack Sheehy (2017 C, Blauvelt, NY) is a strong 6-foot-2, 210-pound catcher and he’s able to translate that strength into some interesting raw power from the left side. His swing path is easy and he gets closed moving into the point of contact while showing the ability to create loft and lift to the pull side.
A lefthanded hitter, Nick Callahan (2017 OF, Waltham, MA) shows a big leg lift at the beginning of his swing with a short swing path to the ball. He does a nice job of getting extended with his swing and was able to create line drive contact to the pull side with backspin coming off the barrel.
