If accepted, you will receive an official invite. Once that official invite is returned along with payment to our office, you will then receive a confirmation from our staff for that event. Until you receive that confirmation, your status for participating in our event is "unconfirmed".

Fee and Agreements

Sell Your Team, Who are your top players?, Major accomplishments, etc.

It is understood that Perfect Game, Inc., utilizes various sponsors, vendors, and service providers in the course of its business. Perfect Game, Inc, its affiliates, dbas, aliases, subsidiaries, various sponsors, vendors and service providers; their staff members, associates, workers, and anyone associated with the event will be collectively referred to as “Perfect Game” throughout the remainder of this agreement.

Team expressly represents to “Perfect Game” that, to the best of knowledge available, its players and team members are in good health and physically capable of participating in any and all activities sponsored and associated with “Perfect Game”.

TEAM represents that each individual associated with TEAM has a signed participation release on file.

TEAM holds harmless “Perfect Game” for injury or damages, however caused, as a result of my team’s participation. TEAM agrees to waive subrogation rights against “Perfect Game” for any injury or all damages, however caused, resulting from TEAM participation in activities sponsored, promoted, or authorized by “Perfect Game”. TEAM recognizes and agrees that sport activity of any kind or nature clearly involves the risk of injury or hazards to the participants and spectators and agrees to assume liability for all such risks when participation in activities sponsored, promoted, or authorized by “Perfect Game” for the duration of the event - at the playing site or hotels where we will be staying.

As a condition of acceptance to an event, TEAM will supply Perfect Game with a valid certificate of insurance with the following insurance requirements met:

  • General Liability $1,000,000 occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate
  • Participant Medical $25,000 accident aka Accident Express Medical

Perfect Game is required to be Additional Insured on your policy as follows:

It is understood that there will be no refund of tournament fees for any reason.

TEAM gives the right to “Perfect Game” to talk to or release information to any or all college programs, Major League teams/scouts, and to publish electronically or on paper information relating to TEAM.

 By checking this box and submitting this form, I warrant that I am authorized to represent the TEAM and sign on its behalf. I agree to receive email notifications and literature from “Perfect Game” and their partners. I have read and agreed to the above terms and understand that any non-compliance can result in the removal of TEAM from the tournament at the discretion of Perfect Game. Perfect Game reserves the right to remove any team.



If you are intending to join PGBA you should read and understand these Terms & Conditions before you complete and sign the Membership Form.


The parties hereto expressly agree that events Perfect Game Baseball Association (PGBA) sponsors, authorizes or is otherwise affiliated with shall be held expressly for the promotion of amateur sports; in particular but not exclusive of youth sports and youth athletic training.

The purpose of PGBA is provide members with such advantages and cost savings as will be provided from time to time to members of the association.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Members using the PGBA events system.


In these Terms & Conditions:

‘Events System’ include youth baseball tournaments promoted and operated as PGBA, PG Super 25, or The Series as well as the online tournament/team registration and event promotion system provided by Perfect Game Inc. and Eyes on Sports live scoring system.

‘Rules’ means the nationally recognized rules of National High School Federation of Sports; Major League Baseball and/or PGBA currently in force.

‘Terms’ means these Terms & Conditions.

‘We’ and ‘Us’ are references to Perfect Game Baseball Association, LLC; Perfect Game Inc. and its employees, agents, subsidiaries, sponsors and affiliates.

‘You’ are references to the member.


You expressly represent to Perfect Game that its players, coaches and team members are in good health and physically capable of participating in activities sponsored and associated with Perfect Game Baseball Association (PGBA).

You should not participate in any PGBA events if anyone on your team is suffering from any contagious illness, disease or infection; or when suffering from any physical ailment, especially if there is a risk for other members.

You agreed to abide by Concussion Guidelines ( and governing state laws where the event is being held.


As a member in good standing; you may be granted access to utilize for the purpose of promoting and running a youth sports team/organization/club, a Web Page specific to you. The Web Page is limited to team promotion, team registration, player’s rosters, live game play-by-play, photos and tournament results. All information on the Web Page is uploaded by the member and becomes the property of PGBA, Perfect Game Inc. and its dbas, subsidiaries, sponsors, agents for the purposes of the operation or furtherance of youth sports. Employees of PGBA and/or Perfect Game Inc. reserve the right to remove offensive, inappropriate or data otherwise deemed inconsistent with the operation or furtherance of youth sports. Employees of PGBA and/or Perfect Game Inc. reserve the right to disable the Web page.

You are required to maintain on your computers or computerized devices-whether mobile or fixed-used to access the PGBA provided Web Page and the Perfect Game Inc. and/or PGBA website(s) an internet security program or application, such as but not limited to virus protection software, malware protection software and another protective measure as considered normal and prudent for the times.


Member acknowledges they have obtained current copies of the National High School Federation Rules; and familiarized themselves with Youth Rules. Member agrees to abide by the prevailing Playing Rules (if any) and rules of the National High School Federation (NHSF), MLB and/or other applicable youth sports safety protocols; including those decreed by law or statute in the state where event is held, at all times during event play. Member agrees to ensure that each player competes in the division for which each player is eligible based on class and age. Member agrees to enforce the NHSF policy on the use of alcohol or illegal substances. PGBA Rules (if any) are posted online at www.perfectgame/ You should read the Rules and be sure to observe them when you participate in a PGBA event. You are requested to familiarize yourself with such rules. If you have any concerns with regards to anything found in the Rules, please inform PGBA management.


All memberships expire at 12:01 am on December 31. You will be entitled to renew your membership provided you are compliant and current on all fees, dues, and other outstanding balances owed to PGBA. If past debts are not in compliance and do not fall in accordance to PGBA, it affiliates, subsidiaries or other members PGBA reserves the right to deny renewal of membership. If you continue to use PGBA after the expiration date you will continue to be responsible for membership fees until you give us 30 days’ notice to terminate your membership.


If you wish to cancel your membership before the initial period of your membership expires and prior to April 1, should give us 30 days’ notice in writing and needs to be mailed to the following address: PGBA Membership Administration; 850 Twixt Town Rd NE; Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.

If we close PGBA for more than a month or significantly reduce the availability of events or commit a significant breach of any of the Terms, we will endeavour to give you at least 45 days notice and you will then be entitled to give us 30 days’ notice to cancel your membership.


If you behave in a manner that is unacceptable to us or to other members of PGBA we reserve the right to cancel your membership. Membership fees are non-refundable and you will not be entitled to any refund or return of membership fees. Unacceptable behaviour may include but is not limited to disruptive or threatening behaviour, behaviour causing damage to the brand or reputation of Perfect Game Baseball Association, LLC; Perfect Game Inc. and its employees, agents, subsidiaries, sponsors and affiliates; Major League Baseball, the game of baseball, abuse or allegations of abuse of or by staff or of other members; abuse or allegations of abuse of any participant team member, bullying or intimidation, or use of illegal drugs, foul or coarse language, or use of tobacco products at event venues.

Failure to abide by the conditions set forth in this agreement; whether in sections above or sections following will be deemed cause for cancellation whether committed by you or any individual, contractor or volunteer hired by or invited by you as part of running the event.

If unacceptable behaviour does arise, we reserve the right to issue a warning or revoke membership without notice depending on the severity of the behaviour as determined by Perfect Game Inc and PGBA.

We may also cancel your membership by giving you notice if you:

fail to pay any fees within 30 days of the due date, or

commit any serious or persistent breach of these Terms or the Rules.

In any of these circumstances you will remain liable to pay all outstanding fees due for the period up to and including the termination date. Also, we may recover from you or retain from any advance payment a reasonable amount to cover the costs that we incur because of your actions. The balance of any advance will then be refunded on request.

Termination of membership will bring the membership contract to an end but this will not affect the accrued rights of either PGBA or yourself at the termination date.


Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employee/employer relationship between PGBA and Member nor an Owner relationship between PGBA and Member. Member, by executing this agreement acknowledges that PGBA will not be responsible for any payroll taxes, income taxes, withholding for taxes, pension/retirement contributions, FICA contributions/withholding, etc. Member expressly agrees and acknowledges that PGBA has no responsibility nor employment relationship with any personnel retained by Member to perform services pertaining to the PGBA affiliated event or any other youth sports event or business enterprise promoted, operated, organized and/or managed by the Member. Member acknowledges that he/she is in no way authorized to represent themselves as an employee of Perfect Game Baseball Association or Perfect Game Inc. or any of its affiliated operations.


You acknowledge that all activities and training undertaken by you are undertaken at your sole risk.


Members agrees to cause to all individual participants and; if a minor child, the participant’s parents/guardians, sign participation waivers and media consent forms. PGBA will make forms available for electronic signatures through the PGBA website.


Member further agrees to cause all teams to provide proof of team insurance with the minimum insurance limits of

• Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $2,000,000
• Personal & Advertising Injury $1,000,000
• Each Occurrence $1,000,000
• Damage to Premises    $300,000
• Participant Accident Medical Expense      $25,000

Member hereby expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PGBA from and against all claims and causes of action of any nature, no matter where situated or commenced, resulting from the representations, actions or omissions committed by Member or arising out of the management, operation, organization, production and promotion of any PGBA affiliated event including but not limited to, claims for workers’ compensation, personal injury claims by individuals attending this event as a spectator or supporter of any participant and/or participating organization and participants in the event. This indemnity obligation shall include the obligation to reimburse PGBA for attorney fees and costs of defense because of any and all such claims or causes of action resulting from the management, operation, organization, production and promotion of any PGBA affiliated event contemplated by this mutual agreement.


We shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations if the failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, flood, fire, natural disaster, governmental acts or omissions, strikes, lockouts or other disturbances, war, acts of terrorism, riot, absence of staff or difficulties in obtaining personnel or materials.


Membership is personal and not transferable. Also, you may not lend your membership rights to any third party.


Whenever these Terms refer to notice being given by you or by PGBA, the notice must be in writing and either sent by recorded email delivery or delivered by hand to the address of the recipient.


The membership contract incorporating these Terms constitutes the entire agreement between us and supersedes any previous agreement or understanding between us with respect to its subject matter.


The failure by PGBA to enforce any of these Terms or the Rules shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision, nor shall it affect our right subsequently to enforce that provision.


If any of these Terms is held by a court to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.


These Terms and your membership contract are governed in all respects by Iowa law.

If any dispute occurs between us, we will act in good faith to resolve it through direct negotiation with you. If this does not work, either of us may require that the dispute is referred to mediation in accordance with the prevailing mediation rules then in force.

Any dispute that is not resolved by negotiation or mediation will be finally resolved by the Iowa judicial system.

The membership contract between you and PGBA comes into effect once the Membership Form has been completed and signed by you and accepted by a duly authorised member of PGBA and the membership fees shown in the Form have been received by PGBA.

Period of Membership -commencing on date of acceptance for which the fees are paid to December 31st.


Annual Membership Fee $60.00 – FEES are Non-refundable.

I, the undersigned applicant for membership, confirm as follows:

1. I expressly represent to Perfect Game that players, coaches and team members are in good health and physically capable of participating in all activities sponsored and associated with Perfect Game Baseball Association (PGBA).

2. I have been given the opportunity to read PGBA’s Terms & Conditions before applying for membership.

3. I understand that when this form has been signed by as an authorised officer of the Team/Club/Organization will be a legally binding contract between the Team/Club/Organization and Perfect Game Baseball Association (PGBA).
