Braedan Fischer (2025 2B, Burlington, ON) had a good day at the plate, picking up a pair of base hits on the day and showing off his speed out of the box and down the line.
Luke Petrie (2025 RHP, Burlington, ON) was good as a two-way in this event, throwing well on the mound and then showing a very loose and whippy lefthanded stroke at the plate, driving a double deep over the RF's head to the pull-side.
Jack Ward (2026 SS, Paris, ON) is a twitchy player with a quick, direct stroke that he uses well in the box. He can handle pitches all over the zone and does a good job of using the whole field, and his speed plays in a big way as well.
Ryan Hubbard (2026 RHP, Mitchell, ON) has a four-pitch mix on the mound and does a very good job of mixing and matching the arsenal to success. His fastball reached the mid-70's and he had good success with the curve, slider and changeup too.
Colin Walker (2026 C, Brantford, ON) had a big swing in this game, roping a liner the opposite way that scored 2 runs, giving him a 1-2 day with 2 RBI. His swing is compact and stays connected, and he'll continue driving the ball more as he gains strength.
Jared Wellman (2025 OF, Waterloo, ON) had a roped double in his first at-bat, and his body/swing both project so much it's easy to see him with prodigious power eventually. He had a good event overall and is one to watch moving forward.
