George Baker (2023 C, Waldorf, MD) proved his tools from his workout translated into game play very well. Baker showed an advanced approach at the plate and made some loud contact for a triple that 1 hopped the wall. He also stood out with his work behind the plate throughout the game.
Aidan McAllister (2023 3B, Chapel Hill, NC) showed ability to make solid contact with a pool side approach hitting the ball hard to the left side in all 3 of his ABs including a double down the RF line.
Gavin Johnson (2023 OF, Youngsville, NC) collected two hits in the game displaying his ability to make solid contact to all fields with a compact swing plane.
Ryan Fluharty (2023 SS, Burton, WV) showed some big power potential driving a couple balls deep including a loud double to the LCF gap.
Connor Camp-Smith (2021 1B, Lexington, SC) drove a ball deep to RF showing some pull side power.
Matthew McGovern (2024 OF, Chester, VA) had a solid all around game flashing the leather defensively and also showed a good approach at the plate making hard contact in both his ABs.
