Michael Hopkinson (2021 SS, Mobile, AL) Singled in his first two at bats. Good swing path and hit pitches where they were thrown. Showed the ability to work to the opposite field.
Jacob Almon (2021 RHP, Thompsons Station, TN) Jacob struck out half the batters he faced in 3 innings of work. Running his fastball up to 86. Worked downhill with and repeated mechanics well.
Ethan Edge (2022 LHP, Baker, FL) Only allowing 1 hit in his 3 innings Ethan showed a quick arm and a very deceptive delivery. Showcased an effective 12-6 breaking ball and pounded in the bottom half of the zone.
Luke Hyche (2022 RHP, Leeds, AL) Luke with a 3/4 arm slot went out and K'd 7 out the 9 batters he faces in 3 innings for a very impressive outing on the mound. Fast had cut and arm side run at 84mph.
Cameron Suto (2021 1B, McDonough, GA) Started his showcase weekend off with a hit and impressed with good bat speed and physicality.
Ryan Davis (2024 RHP, Trussville, AL) Gave up 0 hits in his outing, throwing strikes consistently from a 3/4 arm slot generates some sink and cut on the fastball and commanded it to both sides of the plate.
