1/12/2020 6:00:00 AM

Levi Nicodemus (2021 RHP, Spokane, WA) was lights out in three innings of work, allowing no hits while striking out a game-high six batters. Nicodemus ran the fastball up to 83mph on Saturday, and also showed feel to throw a trio of secondary pitches for strikes. The right-hander used his entire arsenal to keep hitters off-balance.

Chance Baker (2021 SS, Buda, TX) ripped a double to right field in his second trip to the plate, showing good presence in the box and a balanced approach. Baker has a fluid stroke and has some present athleticism in the frame as well.

Adam Greenawalt (2022 OF, Corona, CA) put together a multi-hit day for the purple team and also turned some heads with outstanding outfield play. The primary outfielder shows a good first step on reads and executes a high-contact approach.

Marcus Rivera (2022 1B, Castro Valley, CA) showed some good opposite field power on Saturday, driving a double in his final at-bat of the game. Rivera stood out with his actions behind the plate and has an aggressive approach at the plate.

Noah Sharar (2022 C, Carlsbad, CA) collected a multi-hit day for the Royal team, showing a balanced approach with a pair of singles. Sharar was solid behind the plate as well with clean transfers to throw on stolen base attempts.

Austin Beck (2021 SS, Allen, TX) finished Saturday's contest with a pair of hits, highlighted by a run-scoring double in his first trip to the plate. Beck has good barrel control at the plate and is active on the base paths as well.
