Yamner Agosto (2021 OF, Orlando, FL) had a great day at the plate going 2 for 3 with 2 singles. He battled in every at bat including a line drive single to opposite field and a hard line drive to center. He has a smooth, fluid swing and can hit to all fields.
Grant Trautweiler (2020 LHP, Bradenton, FL) sat 79-84 mph in 3 innings of work on the mound. His fastball has a lot of arm side run and spots it up well to both sides of the plate. He got lots of swing and miss and mixed his pitches well including his 71mph curveball.
Angel Escudero (2020 RHP, Toa Alta Puerto Rico, PR) struck out 5 and topped out at 84mph on the bump today. He has a quick arm and deceptive delivery. He mixed in a very effective 67 mph curveball that has late break.
Saul Bendayan (2020 3B, Miami, FL) went 1 for 2 with a double on a hard hit ground ball down the line. He has quick hands and a strong lower half.
Antonio Alvarez (2023 2B, Wellington, FL) was 2 for 3 on the day with 2 hard hit singles. He hit the ball hard consistently with quick bat speed.
