Former PG Select Fest attendee & LSU commit, Tucker Toman (2022 Columbia, S.C.), added another stellar performance to his already solid PG tourney record. The sweet swinging lefty shows advanced feel in the box as the hit tool is far advanced for his class. He utilizes strong hands and does a good job of transferring weight into the swing as he stays balanced throughout. During today’s contest, he sat on an outer half breaking ball and drove it into the opposite field gap as he knocked in a run to open the scoring for his Dirtbag Tap Out squad. He would later go on to get extended on a fastball and he drove it to the rightfield wall for a stand-up double while knocking in another run. He also plays a solid thirdbase and projects at the position as well. The glove plays and the arm strength is also present. Look for Toman to try and help carry his squad to a National Championship this week.
