The Northwest Vipers have the belief that when talented baseball players are grouped when they are coached by a group of experienced and dedicated coaches, winning will take care of itself.  Our primary goal is to teach the players the fundamentals they need to prepare them to play at the high school level and beyond.  Under organized and detailed orientated coaching staff, each player will learn to use these abilities to succeed during all baseball-related activities.  The various drills instruction and player feedback have been able to produce successful baseball players that have had the opportunity to play college baseball.  For this reason, we will always welcome you to stop by our practices and see what we are doing.

        If you play for the Vipers you will be pushed to be the best you can be.  How good you want to be will be determined only by you and as Frank Thomas hall of fame was told by his father "You could be something special If you are willing to put in the work".  With the help of our coaching staff and guess instructors, you will have the ability to learn from current and former college baseball players.  We manage our games based on stats and numbers no one player is more important than the program, and that is why we will put you in a position to help the team.

        If you are selected to play on the Vipers, you will be part of an organization that will make you a better player!  For those interested in speed and agility, we have connections with professional athletic trainers willing to help you improve on your game.  Players Choice Academy will provide you with additional access to professional hitting, pitching, and fielding instruction.  However, we ask that you, please realize that there is a level of commitment that is required by those that would like to excel at the game of baseball.  You are going to play the most demanding sport there is where proper technique and mechanics will help continue to have success.
