Top Prospect Every State Plus Canada and Puerto Rico

The following list names the top ranked player in each state according to Perfect Game USA. The top player in Canada and Puerto Rico are also listed.

This is not a list of the top 52 prospects overall. States like California, Florida, Texas, Georgia and others have several players with a higher ranking than the #1 player in some other states.

Note: In a few states we have Juniors or ?€?05?€? grads listed as the top player.

For complete state by state rankings of nearly 3,000 players you will need to subscribe to PROSPECTS PLUS or THE SCOUTING REPORT. Perfect Game and Baseball America are partners in both.

The next issue of THE SCOUTING REPORT and PROSPECTS PLUS will include the top 800 ?€?04?€? prospects, the top 300 ?€?05?€? prospects and the top prospects in the ?€?06?€? and ?€?07?€? classes.
