Highlands advances to GCAA Championship

Georgia Highlands College is in the midst of a historic season as they have broken their team record for wins in a season and are up to 39 on the season thus far. In total, they set records in 28 team categories including runs scored, hits, RBI, wins, ERA, and fielding percentage.

Some notable individual performances belong to Devin Bilardello and Nick Fink for winning gold gloves, Matthew Norton and Jonathan White for making 2nd Team All-Conference, and Matthew Vaccaro for making 1st Team All-Conference

Their most recent win was a 9-3 final against South Georgia State to advance to the championship final of the GCAA tournament.

Highlands will be playing for their first GCAA tournament championship in school history and you can catch all the action on the link below. They will be playing all the games of the tournament at Perfect Game Park South at the Lakepoint Sports Complex in Emerson, Georgia.
