Arian Vargas is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-2 197 lb. frame from Lanham, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding. Physical and athletic build with good present strength. Has an easy leg raise start to his delivery with a good on-line move down the mound, well controlled mechanics, long and loose arm action with a low effort release, repeats his delivery well. Fastball topped out at 91 mph with occasional running life. Curveball and change up were both solid pitches, curveball had good power with some 11/5 snap and depth to it. Change up had nice fading depth and solid arm speed. Good student with a verbal commitment to Alabama.
