Josef Brosche is a 2023 SS/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Santa Clarita, CA who attends West Ranch. Medium frame, lean, and long with space for added strength. 7.29 60-yd. Showed a long and loose arm in the infield trusting his arm strength. Loose and athletic on the infield and flashed some glove skills during the games. Offensively was quick from the backside with a big leg kick and the hand speed to get the bat to the ball. Able to shoot the gaps from a narrow base and is able to find hits with his compact swing during games. Skills present and some upside available as the frame matures.
