Trevor McAndrews is a 2023 SS/RHP/3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Arlington, VA who attends Yorktown HS. Recorded a 7.90 second 60-yard dash time. High waisted frame with a projectable build. Primary shortstop with long strides and an accurate arm across. Longer release but changes angles correctly with accuracy. Quick feet with throws recorded up to 74 mph across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher with good tempo and a small side step into a compact belt-high leg lift. Crossfire landing leg with a shorter arm stroke and hides the ball well. Three-quarters arm slot and maintains release well. Sweeping breaking ball with solid shape and spin. Righthanded hitter with a balanced and slightly open stance. Toe tap trigger into the swing with length through the zone. Shows some lift when out in front and projects for power. Great student.
