Brock Tyler is a 2023 3B/RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Long Grove, IA who attends North Scott. He has a tall frame with a lanky build and plenty of room to add strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.75 seconds. Primary third baseman that works to get into fielding position. He does a nice job of keeping his feet moving through the process. He has long arm action and throws with a whippy arm. Right-handed hitter that starts in a wide base and uses a toe tap trigger with a long stride for timing. He starts with his hands in a deep load and keeps them tight to his body. He glides into his swing and has a long hand path. He is able to generate nice carry on the ball when he hits the ball out front and stays in the gaps with his approach. Good student.
