Bryn Peacock is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Northside. Medium and lean frame with room to fill. Ran a 7.75 second 60 yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, belt high leg lift to start his windup, takes his arm back to a clean arm action up to a 3/4 arm slot, compact stride down the mound, simple operation. Fastball topped out at 79 mph with armside run at times, heater has riding life when up in the zone, flashed a pair of breaking balls with the slider being ahead of the 12-6 curveball, flashes sharpness to the slider, changeup has the makings of being his best secondary offering with running life and maintained fastball arm speed. Secondary first baseman with a deep gather and accurate feeds to second. Right-handed hitter, closed stance, weight sits on back side, rotational swing, could look to transfer more weight into contact for added pop, long finish, pull side approach. Outstanding student.
