Brady Banker is a 2022 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Antioch, IL who attends Carmel Catholic. Slender frame with a projectable build and room to add strength in the future. Ran a 7.45 second 60-yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a short side step start into a medium leg lift to the belt delivery. Longer takeaway into a three-quarters release. Generates extension out front while driving down the mound with tilt. Worked the edges of the plate with a lively fastball that sat in the low 70's while mixing in both a curveball and a changeup with still developing feel for both. Also worked out as a secondary first baseman. Full arm action to throws with hands working well when fielding out front. Clean actions around the bag with developing carry across the diamond. Also worked out from the outfield. Surrounds the ball with an aggressive close. Fields to the side into a funnel up. Lefthanded hitter with an even base to start. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Keeps hands in tight with an inside path. Flat plane into a high finish. Shows the ability to control the barrel and create line drive contact. Very good student as well.
