Justin Bowman is a 2023 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends North Gwinnett. He ran a 7.97 second sixty a primary left-handed pitcher with a with an average build. He starts with a short side sep into a low leg lift lift, the arm action works on a medium track through the back stroke as he come to the plate with some cross fire actions with a smooth operation, he sat 70-74 mph with the fastball and threw it to all four quadrants of the zone, he mixed in a breaking ball as well with scurvy action. On the infield he worked out front with the glove with developing footwork and good arm speed. Left-handed hitter, starts with an even base and high hands, he times up the swing with a toe tap trigger before getting the hips cleared with the intent to create leverage at the point of contact. Excellent student.
