Collin Fowler is a 2019 OF/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Taylors, SC who attends Riverside HS. Recorded a 6.62 second 60-yard dash time. Athletic build with well-proportioned strength throughout the large frame. Primary outfielder with arm strength recorded up to 83 mph into the infield. Very quick actions with quick feet and throws with some accuracy into the infield. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a short turn step into a leg lift above the belt. Long arm stroke with a deep online plunge. Over the top slot with an upper half dominant delivery. Flashes some cutting life to the fastball. Curveball showed 12/6 shape with some depth and can improve if thrown with added conviction. Righthanded hitter with a lower hand set and has some strength off the barrel. Hand hitch into the swing that functions as a timing trigger. Swings with intent and very loud off the barrel when on time. Good student.
