Kemper Kitts is a 2026 RHP/3B, SS with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Vevay, IN who attends Switzerland Co Senior. Average frame, lean build. Standard windup with belt high lift and fluid arm stroke to a three-quarters release. Fastball plays with subtle arm side run. Struggles to get on top and drive down the plane. As a pitcher thats not overly tall the fastball has to play to the top of the zone and it did frequently, forcing hitters to swing the bat and get themselves out. Predominantly fastballs early on. Flashed the SL/SPL in the second. Slider shows long horizontal sweep and was landed for strikes. Splitter plays with slight tumbling action, effective in place of a traditional changeup. On the dirt, he waits back to the fielding point, maintaining a low center of gravity throughout the lateral movements. Secured each ball out front and got on top, working downhill with some carry across the diamond. Right handed hitter, sets up with a wide base and high back elbow. The bat path is a bit elongated with an approach that showed decent intent to the opposite field. Could benefit from added strength. 8.03 60-yard. Good student.
