Nolan Soares is a 2027 C/2B with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Selbyville, DE who attends Stephen Decatur. Medium frame with a sturdy build present. Ran a 8.37 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, even feet during drills. Receives it well and works into transfers moving into right-handed hitters box a bit. Long arm stroke recording a pop time of 2.65 seconds. Secondary Second Baseman, works into the baseball before breaking down into funnel. Two-hands before transferring at the waist. Throws up to 71 mph across the diamond. Right-Handed Hitter, wide base to start with a short load in. Hands stay high before firing downhill. Looks to get the bat head out early and pull the baseball when possible. Barrel control present. Good Student.
