2023 Northern California Workout Showcase (Saturday)
Jack Porras is a 2025 2B/SS with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Oakland, CA who attends De La Salle. Featured a slight but athletic frame he worked out at infield. He showed proper foot and glove mechanics. He moved really well laterally and through the ball. He can make all the throws with much more to come. At batting practice he started with a slight open stance. He had no wasted movement with quick hands that generated pop. He showcased the ability to use the whole field.
