Landon Walker is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B/OF with a 6-4 170 lb. frame from Prosper, TX who attends Prosper. Primary pitcher with a long length build showing room to fill out moving forward. Ran a 7.75 second sixty. Works out of the stretch only on the mound from the first base side of the rubber with a lower leg lift and low three-quarters arm slot creating some cross fire action to the plate. Sat 79-84 mph with the fastball showing some arm speed to project on and arm side life. Showed a slurvy breaking ball as the primary of speed while also showing a short slider off of it to give him two distinct breaking balls. Works under control to the ball in the outfield receiving it in the middle of the body. Did a nice job getting through the ball and making strong accurate throws. Has good actions on the back hand in the infield working well to his right to get around the ball and gain ground into the throws. Shows softer hands with a feel for the actions with developing footspeed. Right-handed hitter starts with a narrow upright stance. Showed some projectable strength to grow on when the timing mechanism is down on time and allows the barrel to play out front to the pull side. Named to the 2023 Lone Star Showcase Top Prospect List.
