Carlos X. Pibernus Torres is a 2023 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Juana Diaz, PR who attends Juan Serrallés Colón. Medium build with solid size and some length to body. Ran a 7.45 in the 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, fields it well on the backhand and overall looked to be a good mover. Solid lateral range to either side with quick, confident feet. Shorter arm slot with good accuracy across the bag. Right-handed hitter, open stance with a narrow base and high hand set. Good extension through contact. Times lower half well with some quick turns and feel for the barrel. Works his back leg well and hands work from a cleaner path. Lots to like going forward.
