Deagan Rose is a 2026 C/RHP, 3B, SS with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Clovis, CA who attends Clovis. Features a bigger build with strength present. Ran a 7.59 60-yard dash. Moved well throughout infield workouts. Loose, easy hands caught the ball clean. Displayed quality athleticism with decent range both ways. Arm strength profiles well for third base. Short arm action produces easy carry. Threw 81 mph across the diamond. Athleticism plays from behind the plate. Showcased the ability to move efficiently out of a side saddle crouch. Gains ground well with quality footwork. Arm produced strong, accurate throws consistently. Recorded a 2.03 second pop time. Arm also played from the outfield, throwing 85 mph. Short arm action creates on-line carry through the target. Caught the ball consistently. Still developing footwork to and through the catch point. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open stance with a big leg kick timing mechanism. Showcased quick bat speed on a lofted path. Has good bat control with feel for the barrel. Approach allows for the entire field to be used. Strength plays in the box with power playing to all fields. Has the potential for even more down the line. Also threw as a righthanded pitcher. Utilizes a clean, balanced delivery down the mound. Has advanced body control for the age. Showed quick arm speed within a slightly longer arm stroke. The fastball topped out at 82 mph with flashes of armside run. Gets downhill with the offering well. Paired the heater with a mid-60’s curveball with slurve action. Quality depth on the action allows it to miss bats occasionally. Quality foundation on the mound with room to develop the pitch mix further. Very good student. Named to the 13u/14u West Showcase Top Prospect List.
